ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਲਚਰਲ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਯੂਐੱਸਏ ਫਰਿਜ਼ਨੋਂ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਰੇਡੀਓ ਯੂ.ਐਸ.ਏ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਨਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ।
ਇਸਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਕਸਦ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਵੀਂ ਵਸੋਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਰਿਜ਼ਨੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ, ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ, ਸਾਹਿਤਕ, ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਲਾਤਮਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਧੀਆ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਮੰਤਵੀ ਮੰਚ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
